National Geographic invites interested parties to submit one or more digital photographs for inclusion in National Geographic's user generated content community, My Shot. Upon agreeing to these terms, you will be provided with a My Shot page, where you may post your photographs for display to the public, and for manipulation in games, puzzles and the like as reflected on the My Shot site. To submit one or more photographs, click Submit Your Photo and follow the step-by-step directions on that page.

1. Technical Specifications

You must be 18 years of age or older to submit a photograph. If you are younger than 18 years and wish to submit a photograph, you may have your parent or legal guardian submit the photograph on your behalf; in that case, when registering, the parent or guardian should note the photographer's name, age and relationship to the submitter. Submissions must be in JPEG (.jpg or .jpeg) digital format, at least 1,600 pixels wide if a horizontal image or 1,600 pixels tall if a vertical image, and no greater than 5 megabytes (5120 kilobytes) in file size. Please provide only the original, unmodified camera image.

2. Rights Granted

By uploading a photograph, you agree to the Terms of Use (for rights granted, refer to Intellectual Property Issues, point 5; and to User Conduct, point 3).
