Hangin’ Out On the Corner
Photograph by Richard Olsenius

Wassup? Not much in Bowlus once the July 4 festivities have wound down. In the wee hours kids converge at the empty intersection of First Avenue and Main Street, where the only apparent refreshment comes from a glowing soda machine—and each other.

Camera: Leica M6
Film Type: Tmax 400
Lens: 35mm f/.4
Speed and F-Stop: 1/8 @ f/2.8
Weather Conditions: Mild

SPECIAL EQUIPMENT OR COMMENTS:
Being able to hand hold a camera for this type of lighting condition is like target practice with a rifle. Breathe deeply, let it out and gently squeeze off the shot.
