Andrew Pogue, 14, takes a jump shot on Eaglesham Way, a 12-home cul-de-sac in the Westfield subdivision. Some 20 children, newborn to age 14, reside along the court, while kids who live nearby have dubbed it Friend Street. “We love living here,” says Connie Maness, mother of five. “When people outgrow their houses, they end up adding on because nobody wants to leave the neighborhood.”
