A decontamination team disrobes a mock patient for scrubdown during an emergency response drill at Parkland Hospital in Dallas, Texas. Compared with most hospitals, Parkland is well prepared to handle a terrorist attack. But even with decontamination areas, sealed hospital wings to contain contagious diseases, and specially trained doctors, Parkland has the capacity to treat only 100 to 200 contaminated people at a time.
