Paddling Toward the Finish

After they left the ice field at Tyndall Glacier and entered a forest, Ousland and Ulrich floated down the Pingo River using the kayaks as a raft. They couldn't ride inside the kayaks because they were still full of gear. When they came to a waterfall, they had to drag the kayaks overland.
