Its muzzle and neck bathed in a dead wildebeest's blood, a hyena lunges at a vulture that wants to get in on the meal. Hyenas are notoriously stingy about sharing food with others, although some are less worried about vultures edging in for a bite than this one. The two species have a mutually beneficial relationship, with hyenas sometimes following vultures to food.
