Faith in the future of her children—none of whom have HIV—helps sustain Nozamile, as do the ARV drugs she takes to fight HIV. Nearly 800 people in Lusikisiki have been treated with ARV drugs in the past two years, challenging the idea that the drug therapy is too expensive and complicated to work in poor and remote areas of Africa.
