"My dream is to go back to school and learn to be a teacher or join the police," says Nomphilo Mazuza, an emaciated 25-year-old mother of two, whose body has been battered by AIDS-related diseases. As her ability to fend off illness weakened, Nomphilo began ARV treatment. "My hope is that the pills will help me to be the Nomphilo I was before," she says.
