Jennifer Pipala relaxes in an elevator at Saint Barnabas Medical Center. Due to complications with her pregnancy, she had to make the hospital her home for three months before the birth of her triplets—Joseph, Alexa, and Nicholas. While the Institute for Reproductive Medicine and Science at Saint Barnabas has one of the highest pregnancy rates in the nation, New Jersey women have their pick of fertility clinics, with at least 20 in the state.
