Big as a Sub QTVR by NGM Art, pandromeda.com
Giant ichthyosaurs swim through waters that once covered much of North America. This species, Shonisaurus sikanniensis, may have been 75 feet (23 meters) in length, longer than a sperm whale. Its sleek shape and nostrils atop its snout like a blowhole conjure further comparisons to whales. A vertical tail fin, though, gave its back end more the look of a shark.
