Deep Divers QTVR by NGM Art, pandromeda.com
Squid-like belemnites called Passaloteuthis were an abundant food supply for Temnodontosaurus and the smaller Opthalmosaurus, ichthyosaurs that patrolled Europe's warm shallow seas. Large eyes designed to see well in low light allowed them to dive deep, into the realm of fishes such as Dapedium and Solnhofenamia.
