"He loves his purse!" says Joomie's owner, Laura Wilson. "He'll jump three feet (one meter) into the air to get into it.." Wilson totes her rescued Yorkie (suffering from a collapsed trachea) whenever he gets winded. "He has a purse that's hot pink Barbie-style, but he hates it. He's all about the soft leopard print." People on the street coo and laugh and want to pet him, says Wilson, "but he bites—especially when he's snuggly and safe in his purse."
