Male, upper, and female ivorybill decoys perch in the Big Woods of Arkansas. Their creator, avid birdwatcher Bobby Harrison, says a real ivorybill flew near his decoys on September 4, 2004. Such unconfirmed sightings have sparked spirited debate and skepticism among ornithologists.
