Fisherman Zen-ei Nakamura proudly demonstrates his incredible strength at age 89. Even in Okinawa, home to some of the world's longest-lived people, his strength is above average. When we asked him the key to his long life, Zen-ei said, "The sea calms me. I live a stress-free life."
