I saw this two Japanese macaque were fighting in the hot spring in Nagano, Japan. I did not know Japanese macaque could throw uppercut.

Kangaroos

Amazing place in the Murramarang National Park, NSW where it is possible to get in contact with kangaroos on the beach. Kangaroos are used to human and often come close by people.

I have spent seven days waiting for this image, and finally on the morning just before my departure the clouds were moving fast and clearing the North Face of Matterhorn. I have used ND filter and exposure was 47 sec.

On the Island of Pleneau in December 2009, we visited at 6am when the light was still very low in the sky and the misty morning air presented perfect lighting opportunities for penguin portraits and nature photography.

I took this photo in a hide(23゚01’25.78”N, 120゚09’ 06.00”E),
at the bank of a fish pond just outside the west-southern border of Szutsao Wildlife Refuge in Taiwan City, Taiwan, on 07/02/10.
I tried many ways and thousands times to capture the moment when the kingfisher coming out of the water with its prey, but all of them were unsatisfied.
But, finally, I took few satisfied pictures from thousands shootings with the settings: aperture 5.6 , ISO 1000 , speed 1/3200, high speed continue shooting.
My equipments: CANON EOS 7D + EF 300/4 + tripod + remote control -

Curiosity Can Make Us Brave

This fuzzy little guy, with the big eyes, took a lot of coaxing before he tentatively crept around the stem. Once satisfied he had nothing to fear, he seemed quite taken with his reflection in my lens. On the other side of the camera, I was learning to be brave too. Spiders usually make me scream and run.

Red Lechwe in Motion

Two red lechwe imaged during a high-speed run in the Okavango Delta area of Botswana in late March of 2010. The slightly blurred image has an artistic feeling that seems to enhance its uniqueness.

After a big fight, a young lion male scared the leader of a lion praid away. He killed next to this two of three newborn babys they just was born a few hours before. The last one tried the Mother to safe, she walked with the baby in the mauth it and walked with the baby in the mouth far away.

A young unexperienced Cheetah male played more than 20 minutes with a baby Gazelle. During the play time, it looked like the Cheetah found a companion, before he killed the Gazelle.

On tour in the Serengeti with Bobby Safari - Hot word got out that a Lioness was on the hunt. Before we knew it every safari truck was there. It was amazing to see this Lioness on the hunt in it's "natural" habitat.
