Getting very close to the action with a wide angle lens allowed me to capture this rare image of IL Duomo in Milan Italy.
The little girl was playing with a balloon when the doves got scare and started to fly.

Boats

I approached this site on the island of Vis in Croatia as the light was falling. It is a semi abandoned place that used to be occupied by the Yugoslav military who left the island after the war in 1991-92. Local people use it now as a boating yard and and to access the see. The site looked to me like a surrealist painting, the wheelchair adding to the eery atmosphere. I felt the place was imbued with the ‘ghosts’ from the past. Though strange, it felt peaceful.

Driving back home from a photo shoot in northern Cordoba-Argentina, I encounter a big storm on the road.I stopped my car a shoot several photos with my canon 5d mark 2 and a 17-40mm canon lens.
I got this shot at ISO 320 hand holding the camera.
This storm was the first of a series of big rains that created floods in the area. A few months later a similar storm destroyed a bridge at one of the main roads.

Twilight over the Ganges
