It was taken during a flight from Seattle to Anchorage above the coastal mountains of Alaska. Time was late afternoon; these high altitude dark clouds were illuminated by sun light from underneath. The sun light lit up the cloud making it glowed like cooling lava field with hot spots. However, the display was more than a show of power; it was also rich in intrigue features with refined beauty.
