Along the Atlantic coast of Senegal the degradation of mangrove forests was getting worse and worse. The fishes were disappearing and the flooding were more frequent. Recently, NGOs and village people join their efforts to plant mangrove trees and repopulate the coast forest. Everybody is taking action: men, women, kids. This woman is a proud member of a cooperative of fishermen who plant mangrove trees.
