This fall we were taking our annual fall foliage hike. It was a perfect day; the sun was shining, the leaves were falling and our family of four was together. A few hours in, the kiddos were getting tired of riding in the backpacks; so, we stopped and let them out to stretch their legs. They had just learned to walk. As we set them down they reached out to one another and hand-in-hand began their own journey down the trail.
