I shot this photograph just after sunset and tried to set the exposure so I could get the subtly lit Stupa as well as the star filled sky on that particular clear night. I used a Nikon Coolpix 8700, and it needed approximately 30 seconds of exposure on a tripod to get this image. The play of the lights and shadows on the Stupa created an ethereal experience...
