California winter settles in the Mojave desert, at night, taken from a moving car. The static mountains are entwined by the telephone polls and electricity pilons which run amongst them, these man-made aspects have become as much a part of the landscape as the ancient hills themselves. It adds to the feeling of trespass as you travel though them.
