A young novice does meditation on his bed, in an old Monastery in Myanmar. Following the path of meditation, Buddhist monks try to achive enlightenment. From a very young age on and with many sacrifices they become accustomed to follow precepts of a deep spiritual life, abandoning vices and bad behavior.
