The highlands of Tibet, one of the few places in the world where a snow leopards can be found in the wild. However expanding settlements make it harder for such animals to run free and zoos are not able to provide the tens of square kilometers of land these animals are used to. This picture was taken in the zoo of Lhasa, where trapped between bars and walls this young leopard is living its limited life.
