This visiting Irish policeman, marching up 5th Avenue with "New York's Finest" on a gloriously sunny day in Manhattan for the annual St. Patrick's Day parade, spots a woman holding up a sign that says it is her 80th birthday. So he stops to take her photo-- and, for a brief moment in time, the parade stops with him.
