A group of North Koreans sit on the bank of the Taedong river opposite the Tower to the Juche Ideology in Kim Il Sung Square. The main square of the showcase city regularly hosts military parades in honour of Kim Jong-Il and his late father, Kim Il Sung. But on normal days it rests, virtually empty as Pyongyang's residents try to get on with daily life in the hermit kingdom.
Location: Kim Il Sung Square, Pyongyang, North Korea.
