Friend in the Dahlias

On a dewey morning in beautiful Humboldt County, California I captured the image of this little frog when gathering dahlias for a friend's wedding celebration. As I bent to clip dahlias from my garden, I came face to face with this little friend. I snapped the picture but left the dahlia--and the little frog--in tact. I like to imagine the frog appreciated my dahlias as much as my newlywed friend did.
