Whilst we were crossing the Uyuni Salar desert we stopped for a short break as we had been travelling for many hours. Suddenly a strong wind came up and blew the salt from the salt flats into this huge cloud, like a sandstorm but made of tiny salt particles.

Location: Salt desert of Uyuni, Potosí, Bolivia.
