This was a shoot that didn't go as I had been hoping. I never got the shots I set out for. I took this as we were leaving the site. Most people visit Yellowstone during the summer, but going in autumn can prove just as rewarding. It truly is a magical place. Simply changing one camera setting can yield strikingly contrasting results. Occasionally you get a truly magical shot.
