This photo of two small, delicate purple flowers juxtaposed against the harshness of the Canadian Shield rocks were taken at Killnarey Park in Ontario during the Autumn. There was nothing but a vastness of harsh rocks in the area that we were in, and we were surprised and delighted to find this miracle of life while hiking through the area. The essence of this photo reminds us of the resilient and opportunistic spirit of nature.
