A singing whale goes up to breath just beneath this guy

I was on a whale watching trip in Moorea, French Polynesia. We were in the water following this huge male singing whale when suddenly he stopped singing and went up to the surface to breath. This guy was just above him and when he saw that the whale was coming his way, got a moment of panic. The whale changed course at the last minute and avoided him. I was able to take this amazing shot at that exact moment. This guy either got the scare of his life or the best moment of his life. I tried to find this guy to talk with him and showing him this shot, but he was already gone on a n other boat
