I took this photo of Svínafellsjökull, part of the Vatnajökull Glacier in Skaftafell National Park, while on a glacier hiking tour in June 2012. We had a sunny day of jumping across crevasses and learning about the glacier's daily movement, despite the menacing weather off in the distance.
