This image was shot at Caddo "Lake", a large cypress swamp in the Northwest corner of Texas. Caddo Lake is surprisingly the only natural lake in the entire state of Texas. Photographing this location in March is one of the best times to capture American Lotus Flower as it blooms in the swamp.
