The Spinning Wheel at Volksfest

I spotted this festival while on a bike ride on the other side of the Elbe. The ferris wheel was like a beacon guiding me to the event and helped lead me to it. I never did ride it because I am afraid of ferris wheels and elected to be an observer of it instead. In this image, the camera lens was open the length of time it took for one trip completely around. If this had been the length of the duration of the ride, I would have ridden it. Combined with the kiddy helicopter ride in the foreground, it takes on the look of an spinning wheel, which it, in truth, fundamentally is.
