“Civil engineers discussing at construction site”, I’m not joking, yes its true. These tiny creatures are called “weaver ants (Oecophylla smaragdina)” one of the fine architects of nature. They are known for their unique nest building behaviour where workers construct nests by weaving together leaves using larval silk.
Location: Kalpakkam, 60Km south of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, Southern India
