It was early afternoon during August. It didn't look like the marine layer was ever going to burn off. That was OK for my wife and me -- we had come from 100 degree plus weather to enjoy the beautiful cool Morro Bay. We walked toward the Southern end of the bay to see what we could see. As we turned West, this vision of peace and calm appeared before our eyes.
