A rainbow forms during a stormy sunset over Mesa Verde National Park in Colorado. The park, which contains some of the largest cliff dwellings in the world, was ravaged by wildfires in 2000 and 2002. It will take hundreds of years for the pinyon and juniper forests on the mesa to recover completely.
