Going to sleep (surrealistic meeting with an angel on Nina's last way)

Nina and I were together for 12 years. When she was 13 years old, cancer had metastasized all over her body. The decision was made to put her out of her pain and misery, and to euthanize her. On the scheduled day, the pedestrian zone in which I live had an artists' market, so we could not bring a car in to carry Nina out. One of the businesses gave us a cart, and so we placed her on her bed, on a cart. I went to call one of the artists to say goodbye to Nina, and a friend stayed with her for a moment. When I came back, this angel was waiting with her. Only angels walked with her in her life.
