I had to do a research paper on evolution. So I took a day to observe the family of gorillas at the Franklin Zoo in Cambridge, Ma. This is a picture of a mother gorilla that I took through the glass. I am not remembering her name. But she just had a baby about 5 months ago. Not sure if she is suffering from post partum depression, or if she is sad being in captivity. Her eyes say a lot..so human like.
