If you're ever fortunate enough to travel to Cuba, and more specifically Trinidad in the Sancti Spíritus province, then a stay at Casa Colonial Muñoz is a must. Casa owner, Julio Muñoz is a horse whisperer, photographer and benefactor, with his charity - Diana Project - educating owners and helping horses in Trinidad to have a better life. Riding his 'baby' Luna de Miel on the street outside his home, Señor Muñoz is a person you may only spend a brief moment in time with, but will absolutely remember forever.
