I took this picture in Narok Hospital in Kenya during our study on Human-Elephant conflict (HEC). An elephant attacked the woman from behind while collecting some food for her children. The elephant attacked her from behind, pushed her to the ground and with one tusk lacerated, as she explained, "luckily only one of my breasts"
