One of my most profound and humbling travel experiences was snorkling the Great Barrier Reef in Australia. My husband and I (it was our honeymoon) were on a hunt to find beauty in this underground world. Often on a quest for beauty, one discovers the truth. This image exposes the effect man has on the coral which looks to be bleached on the tips.
