In the Route 66 town of Seligman, Arizona, Angel Delgadillo opened his barbershop in 1950 and continued to cut hair there until 1996. Today, Angel is widely recognized as one of the people most responsible for the preservation of and continued interest in the "Mother Road". I was lucky enough to have a chat with Angel and his brother George on my last visit to Seligman.
