Painted reed frog in action

I photographed this painted reed frog in a nature reserve in Kwazulu Natal, South Africa. I was fortunate to capture the moment where the frog attacked a stinkbug. I used a canon 1D Mark IV digital camera with a canon macro lens and a ringflash. A tripod was also used.
