Galapagos Sea Lions Territorial Confrontation

I was on a nature excursion in the Galapagos Islands while our naturalist was taking the group to another location, I noticed these two Galapagos sea lions were displaying an interesting territorial behavior towards each other. I decided to stay for a bit to watch them and happened to capture the shot of intensity between them. Interestingly, they are sitting on a couple rock ledges but it appears from the picture that they are on top of the water.
