Clean Feet

I was having fun holding this praying mantis when I decided to get my camera. He stayed on my left hand while I fetched it from the house, and when I started taking photos- with my right hand- I couldn't believe it. He started cleaning his front arms; I could even see his little tongue. Then I sat and shot a series of photos as he held his middle leg, licked his foot, then held his back leg, and cleaned it too...this is one of the best shots- just loved seeing how he held his legs so elegantly with his arm to wash all of his feet.
