The Lone Ranger

On an early October morning in Yellowstone National Park we came across a lone ice covered Bison peacefully grazing in the frosty grass. It was one of the most beautiful things I had ever seen. The resilience of animals to live in harsh environments has always astounded me, and to me, this photograph really exemplifies the raw power in nature.
