A winter bliss in August

Would you forgive me for insisting – but there is no color adjustment and that landscape was indeed naturally colorless. I took this picture in the early morning in the beginning of August. On our way home from Belukha mountain - the highest peak of Siberia, we were caught by a serious snowstorm and got stuck for several days on the glacier. As we finally managed to get down to the valley and have a good sleep, we discovered this magnificent landscape. Only a week before this place was covered by Alpine meadows full of life and colors. Now we were in a winter tale, tranquil and peaceful
