This summer while I was working in Alaska, my father and my cousin came for a visit. I took them on one of my favorite hikes to the Harding Ice Field in Kenai Fjords National Park. As we almost neared the top I took a picture to capture this special time. Looking back, this shot makes me realize its the journey that makes getting to the top so sweet.
