Truck on fire

Once driving on the road between Tauranga and Hamilton I noticed smoke rising in the distance. As soon as I got close I realized that there is a truck on fire. Working for the local media I learnt to have the camera on hand so I quickly jumped out and started snapping. The truck driver ,with the help of other by-comers, tried to extinguish the fire with extinguishers on hand ignoring the dangerously spreading inferno. The fire was caused by the overheated wheel bearing and it was extinguished by the quick response of the fire brigade.
