Titan of Finnish Forest
Photo and caption by Kiat Choon Teo
Deep in the forests of Finland, on the borders with Russia, brown bears roam. Slightly smaller than their Alaskan cousins, European Brown Bears are very shy and avoid human contact where possible. This bear scene was captured during rainy season of summer from the hide located in stunning forests of Kuhmo in Oulu Finland. The adult male was found wondering alone on the edge of beautiful woodland, and was curious over my present in the bear hide. It looked straight into my prime lens, and I have a good few moments to snap away this mighty titan of Finnish forest.
